Refund Policy

TESOL Arabia reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

• If TESOL Arabia cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
• Otherwise, requests for refund must be made in writing and must be received at least 10 days before the event.
• Once approved, AED 150 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds are not issued in cash and not on site at the conference location.
